Home ownership starts with a dream. Thirty one years ago, my wife and I bought our "dream home" in Sacramento, California. As we matured and the size of our family grew our dreams changed. It is these dreams that lead us to north Idaho. Living in Coeur d'Alene with my wife and our two youngest children since 2004, I know what a special place this region is. Before moving to Idaho, I was a Police Detective with the Sacramento Police Department and after that a Private Investigator. Working a variety of assignments, including the Homicide Unit, drove me to seek a better place, for my family, after I retired. We found such a place here.

Personally I have been involved in the purchase and sale of several properties, including my own residences, investment properties, and land. I know the excitement of closing on the perfect property, and I also understand and have experienced many of the pitfalls in buying or selling real estate.
