Homes on Acreage Values in Kootenai County

Homes on acreage sales are up over 6% from this time last year.  Values, year to date are up 15.5% – BUT listings are down the same number of almost 15%. It would be a great time to sell if you are thinking about downsizing, or moving closer to town.
