My professional involvement includes State of Idaho, REALTOR of the Year, past President of the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS®, member of CAR Grievance committee, and I spent several years on the Coeur d’Alene Public Library Board including the procurement of the site for the new Public Library building.

Each winter we are fortunate to provide over 600 needy local children with warm boots and socks. Throughout the year we are involved in various other community programs, such as Community Service Day, Big Brothers/Big Sisters fundraising and Christmas baskets for needy elderly. I strongly believe in giving back to the community that has been my home and part of my success.

I began my real estate career in 1985 and prior to becoming a non-competing Managing Broker in 2005, I was a top-producing REALTOR in our community. I am excited to bring my many years of experience to the training and mentoring programs we provide you.
In addition to my experience as a REALTOR, I have been involved in developing, designing, and building homes since 1990. This experience gives me a strong foundation to help you with your builder clients, developers, and new home purchasers.
I am a non–competing broker, and am excited to help you and be available for you. I have an open door policy, and can always be reached on my cell phone, to answer any of your transaction-related questions.
I am responsible for the hiring and training of agents in our Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden offices. In addition to our =Fast Track= new agent training classes, I work with agents from all three offices through coaching and mentoring programs.
I have a long history of community involvement including:
Graduate of the Leadership Coeur d’Alene program, Past President of the Board for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North Idaho, Past Chair of The Education Committee for the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors, Board Member of the Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Service, and was named a United Way Volunteer of the Year.

I began my real estate career in 2000 and became the Managing Broker/Co-Owner of Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty/Hayden in December of 2008.
As a member of the leadership team and a Top Producing agent, I have the opportunity to convey to my leadership partners exactly what issues agents are facing on a daily basis and what kinds of support and needs everyone has. I enjoy the contract and sales aspect of this business and I find great pleasure working with and assisting agents solve contract and negotiation issues.
As an agent coach, I have found it to be so rewarding working with agents who are ready to take their business to the next level by working a referral base of business complimented by focused prospecting. Using market proven systems I work with agents on a one on one basis to develop an action plan for meeting their business goals.
I have been involved with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program, The Coeur d’Alene Food Bank, CAR Circle of Excellence, Leadership Cd’A and support the Windermere Foundation. I also jump in and help with the wide variety of projects our office takes on throughout the year.

Hi, I am Jennifer and I am the Office Manager of the Post Falls office. Besides helping agents in the Post Falls office, my focus is on helping all agents with any statistical needs or questions, providing you with a monthly Statistic Report on the local market and National views, helping with proper pricing for CMAs and all Agent Services Billing. Please feel free to come to me with any questions you have, I have had many ‘hats’ in this company and would enjoy the opportunity to assist you in any way I can.

I am Jeannette and I am your Service Team Member in the Sales Transaction Department. Once you have an accepted offer, I make sure all the paperwork associated with the sale is in perfect order and earnest money is deposited. This step helps insure your closings will take place in a timely manner.
Welcome to the Windermere Family! I am the accountant, as I am the behind the scenes “bean counter”, it may be months before you will notice me. I have primary responsibility for the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and agent commissions. I look forward to meeting you.

I am Laurie and I will give you an in-depth introduction to Windermere. I am here to help you with the workings of the office, equipment and buildings, also to show you how to use Windermere’s tools and other methods to support your business. I also help plan company events, and I supervise administrative functions that involve the rules and regulations of the Idaho Real Estate Commission. We are always audit ready and this helps protect you as well as our brokerage.

As one of the Directors of First Impressions, I take of great deal of pride in representing you each and every day. My responsibilities include inputting data; constant communication with agents, staff, vendors, clients; answering telephones; setting up showings; etc. My goals include finding answers, learning, and daily cheering on agents and staff members.
