We feel one of the best ways to support our agents is to pro-actively provide them with as many training opportunities as possible, in a variety of formats to accommodate every need and learning style. Our Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls offices have comfortable, state-of-the-art training rooms to provide our agents with convenient and free, in-house training.

Agent Development Classes – Growing, learning and honing your skills is vital to staying current and effective. We make sure the teachers of our classes are skilled professionals that are experts in the field. Instructors include members of the management team, local professionals, other Realtors, teachers from Windermere Services or staff members. And whenever possible, we make sure these classes provide continuing education credits for you.
Webinars – One of the great benefits of technology is the ability to take classes taught anywhere in the world. We are in constant search for webinars that will bring even more education right to our classrooms. These webinars may be helping you discover more about the latest technology tools, giving you tips on how to maximize all of the social media options or letting you learn from speakers that have presented at NAR level education events. You never know what you are going to learn, but the one thing you can be sure of is that each month you will benefit from learning from the best in the business.
Support Groups – We all need a little accountability and camaraderie at times and that is why we have created support groups that meet on a regular basis to help each other along the path to a better career. This gives agents an opportunity to exchange ideas, offer suggestions and have fun along the way. We find this is a fun way to help each other accomplish our goals.
“Brown Baggers” and “Lunch and Learns” – We want to maximize your time at the office, so many times when we have a topic that can be covered in an hours time, we will schedule classes during the lunch hour where you can learn while you eat lunch. The topics are varied but always a great way to stay abreast of the latest and greatest.
Special Guest Speakers – We rely on many experts in the area to teach our agents but there are times that we feel the need to bring in experts from other places in the nation. These Windermere exclusive training days are invaluable for learning trends and techniques from the very best.
